Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy explains how refunds work for products and services from Alexander Moen, a sole proprietor doing business as League of Founders ("we," "us," or "our"). It is part of our Terms of Service.

We sell digital and live services, not physical goods, so there is nothing to ship back and there are no physical returns. Refunds are handled as described below. We stand behind our work, and our goal is simple: if you do the work and it does not deliver, you should not be out the money.

1. Workshop tickets

The leave-with-a-plan guarantee. Our paid workshops are built so you leave with a complete, usable plan for your business. If you attend the live session, participate in the exercises, and leave without a complete plan you believe in, email us at amoenenterprises@gmail.com within 24 hours of the workshop and we will refund your ticket in full.

Hot Seat and add-on tickets. Upgraded tickets (such as a "Work-It-Live" hot seat) are covered by the same guarantee. Because these include preparation time set aside specifically for you, please request any refund within 24 hours of the workshop.

Recordings and no-shows. If you registered but could not attend live, you still receive any recording access included with your ticket. The leave-with-a-plan guarantee applies to live participation, so it does not apply to recording-only access or to no-shows. If something came up, contact us and we will do our best to move you to a future session.

2. The Founding Crew and other memberships

The 60-Day Founding Guarantee. Come to your scheduled meetings and complete your task swaps for your first 60 days. If your business has not moved, email us at amoenenterprises@gmail.com within that 60-day window and we will refund what you have paid in full, whichever plan you are on. This guarantee rewards doing the work, so it applies only if you actually attended your meetings and completed your task commitments during the period.

Monthly plans after the guarantee window. You can cancel a monthly membership at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing month. We do not refund partial months, and you keep access through the period you have already paid for.

Prepaid term plans after the guarantee window. If you prepaid for a term (for example, six months) and your 60-day guarantee window has passed, the prepayment is non-refundable, but you keep full access for the entire term you paid for. You are welcome not to renew at the end of the term.

Bonuses on prepaid plans. Promotional bonuses included with a prepaid plan (such as a published case study, a podcast episode, or an expert review) are delivered on a schedule we set after the guarantee window. If you receive a refund under the 60-Day Founding Guarantee before a bonus is produced, that bonus will not be delivered.

3. Removal for conduct

Our group programs depend on trust and good faith. If we remove you from a program for violating our community rules in the Terms of Service, you may not be entitled to a refund.

4. How to request a refund

Email amoenenterprises@gmail.com from the address you used to register, and include your name, what you purchased, and the date. For workshop refunds, send your request within 24 hours of the session. For the 60-Day Founding Guarantee, send your request within 60 days of joining and let us know you attended and completed your task swaps.

We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, and the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5 to 10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first. We will work with you in good faith. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us may result in suspension of your access while the matter is resolved.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
