  • Business and program information: details you share about your business in registration questionnaires, workshops, group meetings, community channels, and direct communications with us.
  • Communications: the content of emails and messages you send us.

Information collected automatically.

  • Usage and device data: when you visit the website, we and our analytics tools may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and the dates and times of access.

Information from meetings. Workshops and group meetings take place on Zoom. We may record sessions for the benefit of attendees and members. We will let you know when a session is being recorded. Zoom processes audio, video, and chat data according to its own privacy policy.

Information from third parties. We may receive limited information from service providers such as Stripe (payment status) and our email and analytics tools.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and deliver the Services, including workshops, memberships, materials, and recordings.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions and renewals.
  • Communicate with you about your account, purchases, schedules, and support requests.
